When do I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, your order will be scheduled and delivered within 24 hours. We will contact you to arrange the best time to deliver.

Do you offer contactless delivery?

In light of current situation, we will try our best to make the delivery contactless, as much as possible. 

Can I customize my order?

Unfortunately, our food packages cannot be altered per individual allergy or preferences. 

How much do you charge for delivery?

Please visit our Delivery Zone page to determine your delivery fee.  Delivery is free for any orders over $30 within Zone 1.  For any orders outside of our delivery zones, please contact us at togo@sariwonbbq.com with your delivery address. We do our best to make deliveries outside of our specified zones, but please note there may be an additional delivery fee and minimum spend required, as we would have to make a special trip outside these areas.  We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to serve you.  If we cannot make your delivery, we will automatically refund your money and it will be processed in 5-7 business days. 

Where do you deliver?

We now delivery across the GTA. Please visit our Delivery Zone page to determine where we deliver and the costs.  At the moment, our free delivery zone is bounded by Dufferin and Hwy 404, and by Major Mackenzie and Hwy 401. For any orders outside of our specified zones, please contact us at togo@sariwonbbq.com with your delivery address. We do our best to make deliveries outside of our specified zones, but please note there may be an additional delivery fee and minimum spend required, as we would have to make a special trip outside these areas. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to serve you.

Can I request a refund or exchange?

Due to the perishable nature of the items, we do not offer any returns or exchanges on any orders.  We strive to deliver best quality items to satisfy your needs, and will notify you in advance of any substitutions. 

If you are unsatisfied with your order after receiving it, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery and we can address your concern individually.
